EUSR Categories 3, 4 & 5 Refresher Course

This one day EUSR Refresher course is designed for operatives who have previously completed training in Categories 3, 4 and 5 and are due to renew their qualification. It ensures that participants maintain the required level of knowledge and competency when working with timber, steel, and proprietary shoring systems in temporary works excavations.

To attend this course, candidates must meet one of the following:

  • Hold a current in date qualification for Categories 3, 4 & 5, or
  • Have a registration that expired within the last six months

Please note: Candidates must have prior practical experience and be able to demonstrate the safe installation, inspection, and removal of the relevant shoring systems.

  • Duration: 1 Day
  • Maximum Delegates: 8 per course
  • Delivery: The course is assessed through knowledge based questions, and candidates must be able to safely install, inspect, and remove timber, steel, and proprietary shoring systems, with prior practical experience required.
  • Outcome: EUSR registration renewed for Categories 3, 4 & 5 upon successful completion
