New Roads and Streetworks Act
Our operating centre in Lincoln has recently been awarded C. A. B. W. I. and City & Guilds accreditation which enables us to offer training in New Roads and Streetworks Act (NRSWA) at operative and supervisor levels. This is a legal requirement for any persons involved in excavations and reinstatements in the public highway.
The scheme is for persons undergoing training or who are employed in the construction and public utilities industry. Its purpose is to provide a sound understanding of the techniques of Streetworks excavation and reinstatement. The successful completion of this training allows the holder to acquire the Streetworks identity card and certificates.
The course duration is governed by the amount of units the candidates are taking. This ranges from two to five days.
